This is a close interpretation of the lower rubber grommet/pass-thru section the forward T-top drain tubes (76990-03P00) on the Nissan Z31 300ZX. The 10mm OD polyvinyl tubing runs down the A-pillar and then is glued into this black rubber piece which then passes thru the sheetmetal. It often can deteriorate, letting water drain into the cabin of the car. The original part acts as a grommet on either side of the sheetmetal. Rev2 is a 1:1 test mockup, printed from PETG. Rev3 is a 1:1 test mockup, with features that should allow it to be sandwiched into the sheetmetal like the original. If you cannot print flexible filament, maybe use Rev2 and RTV to hold in in place. If you can print flexible filament, use Rev3...and rtv anyway.
