This is Captain Rex's Helmet Phase 2 but is fixed so that the hole on the bottom can fit an adult males head.

Here's my version of a Phase One Commander Cody helmet from the Star wars the clone wars tv series. I'd scale it up around 190% to fit a persons head. The sunvisor should just slide right over the dome and the scope parts fits in the slight groove...
