fast clamp 3d models

This is a combination of the Ekobots 3mm Direct Drive extruder, my custom hot-end clamp system, and the fast-clamp library for k8200. The hotend clamp is designed to allow vertical adjustment of the hotend, to aid in levelling for dual extrusion.
