since she is a smaller person with Donald Trump like hands the bigger spinners were a little too big. This one takes 4 8mm steel bearings. Insert the bearings then the 608 bearing for the middle. I recommend printing a set or bearing caps for it....

Also, I found that using a power drill to spin the spinner at high speed with some oil really got it loosened up and spinning freely. Spin it on high for like 60 seconds with a drill to do this. This thing was made with Tinkercad. ...Edit it online...
