UPDATE:  I have now added a version of the model with no magnet holes in the base. This will save you circa 15 minutes of print time a couple of grams of filament. ...If you don't need magnet holes (As I expect most dont), then the no-magnet-holes...

I recommend to add some foam in to the slots so the HDDs won't wobble around.
