This is a remix I did of a very small cover, I made it normal size and then added more and made it a double, I have also included the file for the single, I used supports to fill in the cavity and they came out very smooth with 10% lines Enjoy!

I saw this on Pinterest and thought it was funny so I created a 3d version of it. The design is 1,2mm high for three bottom layers and three top layers, with the filament change on layer 4. I used white for the background and black for the surface.
