... back, I dont recommend making one but you do what you do... theres a locating point for drilling to make a fuse hole.. I printed it standing up with support. 0.2mm layers work fine, I used moldlay wax filament and will be casting it in bronze.

Still not sure how aluminum will hold up to the larger sizes, but if you can cast aluminum already then there should be very little invested in a die $$ wise. May be worth trying if you only need a few bends of a size you don't currently have a die...
