Our purple mattress never stayed in place on the frame, it constantly slid down and created a gap between our headboard and mattress. Once every 2-3 days we'd have to slide the mattress back up to close the gap to stop our pillows from dropping down....

... These minis print flat in 2 pieces and then I glue them together with a little bit of super glue. Now I can make custom minis that print quickly on FDM, don't need paint, and are friendly with wet erase. Hopefully they can be of use to you as well.
