<p>This is a common failure for Dodge vehicles. Mine made a clicking noise when changing from hot to cold and got stuck on hot only, then continued making a clicking noise for ~10 minutes, sometimes even with the engine off and key removed. Not fun on a 3 hour road trip. This was on the drivers side. Grease the gear before reinstalling. Remember to calibrate the actuator when reinstalling or it may strip again. ReplicatorG said there was a hole in the mesh but it printed just fine.</p> <h3> Post-Printing</h3> <p><strong>Clean up</strong></p> <p>After printing use a drill to clear the center bore, bit size 11/64". use a small triangle file to clean up the teeth a little if necessary. I only had to run the file through the larger diameter gear teeth very lightly to square them up.</p>
