Broke a 1 ¼” BSP garden hose quick release male, made a replacement drawing using Fusion 360. Print with thick walls (>3 layers) Use hot wax or fixative spray in a PLA print to make it waterproof and protect from rapid degradation and swelling, otherwise use a waterproof filament (e.g. ABS, PET) Flat version requires supports, supports on the threaded side could be hard to remove, on the O-ring side might be easier. Tapered version can be printed without supports (small end pointing down, use a brim to improve adhesion) Requires: - o-ring (about 11mm ID x 16mm OD x 2.5mm) - rubber washer (30mm x 27mm x 3mm (I scavenged these from the one I broke)
