The M2 Tripod was, at first, designed specifically for the M1919. Eventually, it was adopted for other weapons and renamed the M122, which was basically the same design, except for different weapon mounting pintles and different Traverse & Elevation Mechanisms. The M1919 machine gun was the forerunner of the M2HB. It is still in use today. This is the Tripod and the Traverse & Elevation Mechanism for the M1919. It does not include the M1919 which must be purchased separately. Designed directly from official blueprints. Some accommodation had to be made for 3D printing, but this is very accurate. The legs are reinforced with 1/2" copper pipe and the sections are also keyed so they go together with pins to assure correct alignment. The 1/2" copper plumbing pipe sizes to North American standards. You will need some other items such as some brass tube or pins for reinforcement and some bolts, washers and nuts. As with most of my 1:1 props, post processing WILL be necessary to ensure model goes together properly and folds up and locks when extended.
