1/10 Scale Miniature Cinderblock Mold

<p>A mold to make 1/10 scale cinderblocks with. Can be used with Plaster of Paris or Quick repair concrete. The PLA version is single use but the TPU version could in theory be used many times but I have not tested it yet. (use 0.4mm extrusion width)<br/> Print with the 2 square holes facing the bed (refer to pictures).</p> <h3> Instructions</h3> <p><strong>Normal Cinderblocks</strong></p> <div><ol><li>Print the desired amount of molds using PLA.</li> Fill molds with desired material. Gently tap molds to remove air bubbles Wait for the material to cure. (~30min for plaster of Paris) Take the bricks outside and use a heat gun, hairdryer, or a torch to soften the PLA (Disclamer: I am not responsible for any accidents while doing this step) Carefully peel off softened PLA (Do not use your bare hands) Repeat 5-6 until all PLA is removed from bricks. The cinderblocks can then be sanded and painted to look better. **TPU Molds (Untested, try at your own risk)** <div><ol><li>Print the desired amount of molds (TPU Version) using TPU.</li> Fill molds with desired material. Gently tap molds to remove air bubbles Wait for the material to cure. (~30min for plaster of Paris) Gently flex the TPU off of the cinderblock Done**Chocolate cinderblocks?** <div><p>You might be able to make chocolate cinderblocks if you print the TPU version and then peel away the TPU from the chocolate.
