(Update) Tool box with a diamond plate textured look. (Update) 1.9 bead lock trailer wheel just added. Uses five m2.5 x 10 long screws per wheel to assemble. Hub cap fits over a m5 axle nut. I wanted a way to haul my Axial yeti jr on the trails but most trailers i looked at are either way too heavy or low ground clearance and get caught everything so I figured I would design my own. This is a very capable off road utility trailer to haul to haul Axial Can-Am Maverick down the trail. Very light weight and tough. High clearance axle for maximum ground clearance with leaf sprung suspension. Two standard 5x11x4mm bearings on each axle hub 12mm wheel hexes for each axle hub to mount any rc wheel with a 12mm hex. Tire size will need to be 4"s or smaller for fender clearance. Bi-fold rear tail gate Tongue mounted tool box with opening lid. or use the tongue mounted cargo box provisions for led lights, 5mm led in the tail lights and 3mm led lights for the the clearance lights on the frame trailer deck is 300mm long by about 190 wide. Total length is 46cm / 18 inches Total Width is 27.3 cm / 10.75 inches Can easily be printed on a small printer with a 200mm x 200mm print bed with very minimal supports ( printed mine on a Anycubic Mega S ) I put allot of time into this so I figured I'd share it on here. I will be regularly updating this to fix any errors or issues found and adding options to it.. like designing my own 3d printed wheels, 3d printed leaf springs, extra hitch options, and etc. May even do an independent suspension mod using coil over shocks in the future.
