This is a almost fully 3d printable RC car axle, it only requires a bearing (22mm outer diameter, 10mm internal diameter by 6mm wide). It has a 8:14 reduction through the crownwheel and pinion. The casing is held together by up to 8 M3 bolts, though only 4 are required, the casing is also a mirrored design to it can be mounted either way up. The wheels/tyres are NOT included. How to make, Bolt an M3x20 bolt down the length of the two half shafts. Place the bearing around the pinion shaft. Put the joiner block between the two half shafts and then put them into half the casing. Mount the pinion gear in the casing. Close the casing .
