This model will allow you to create a 1/10 strap for your RC car. I used a 7mm width ribbon that I bought in a nearby notions store (1 meter is enought for a 120 mm wheel). It's printed in just a few minutes (5 minutes at 0.10mm). I included a piece to join all the straps in the middle of the wheel with an M3 bolt.
