1:100 M2HB .50 cal machinegun, vehicle mount (Flames of War)

A stand-alone M2HB machinegun for general 1:100/Flames of War-scale models, taken from m_bergman's M5A1 halftrack and modified with additional detail, slightly increased in size, and generally made to be as close-as-possible a replacement for the official FoW .50 cal. The pics show this attached to his M4A3E8 "Easy Eight" Sherman model(s), but is sized to work just fine with any other turrets/etc. The "v1" is slightly smaller than the "v2", as well has having some other minor model differences. Depending on your printer and skill the v1 may prove easier (and nicer-looking) to print than the v2; as usual, YMMV. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Notes: These print at a variety of settings; the ones in my pics are 0.15mm layer height and 0.3mm width (I used a 0.4mm nozzle, with line width reduced to 0.3mm), although you can get away with 0.2mm height/0.4mm width as well. Play around with it, number of perimeters, infill, etc. A raft and supports are strongly recommended, if not absolutely required. I included a pic of the raft/support setup that I used - as you can see, it's probably 3x the material of the actual models (which I usually print 6+ at a time), but it keeps them looking good in the end.
