I designed this pulley to support a tensioning weight for a ham radio wire antenna. The wheel fits on a a common 608 bearing and has a 1/16" radius groove.The tolerances are tight to some filing will likely be required for everything to fit together. To install the wheel, put the bearing in a freezer and then press the wheel on in a vice.
