Drip end can lock and unlock by tightening/loosening locknut to release the drip tubing for easier exchange than a traditional barbed fitting in the event of clogged/worn-out line. Requires ABS filament for strength. Recommend Max temp and higher than normal flow to eliminate leak paths. Happy gardening!
