PVC thread: May need to clean threads. I used oil when cleaning threads with 10 mm die. 1.25 pitch is fine as 1.50 pitch is course. Hex head coupling: Sized for a structural grade bolt head. Standard grade bolt head may be smaller. Glue or use silicone to secure if necessary. May need to clean the inside ridge of coupling for better fit-up. Different colors of filament will give different finish dimensions using the same stl file. Slower speed on the threads produced better results for me.
