11/28/2023 Added all parts with supports and some are hollowed. Happy printing. This is a complete re-draw and modern update to the old Monogram 1/24 Huey Gunship. As a comparison there is a picture of the kits parts assembled as compared to this set. Included in this pack you get every part that needs to complete the upgrade. This weapons system was used extensively by MANY operators throughout the world, the most prolific use was by the U.S. Army. Mounts are glued to the fuselage belly, use included refrence pictures for accurate placement. Recommend some slow setting epoxy as the orientations is quite odd and takes some time to get perfect allignment. Included are paint masks for the rocket warheads. These work fantastic when used with an airbrush. On both pods HE warheads are represented. Colors are: Olive Drab Yellow Silver for the fuzes. Assembly is glue up with your choice of CA or epoxy. Small diameter brass wire is used to mount the suspension to the mounts and should remain as loose as possible so the assembly is easier. Happy building, use the included ammunition chutes, add lead wire for all control power cables. There are holes provided in this set to ease that assembly.
