18.20mm diameter x 10mm wide wheel of the 15" Work Meister S1 wheel, scaled in 1/24 scale. a popular wheel but sadly no one makes it in 15" scale and in 4 lug configuration. Made this a 2 part wheel so you can adjust your offset - just adjust z-height of the barrel/lip. Female fitment and will need polycaps. Will fit most 1/24 15" scale rubber tires from Tamiya, Fujimi and Aoshima.
