M2.5mm Threaded Rod Required for Axle and x4 Bearings (MR52ZZ - 2.5mmx5mmx2.5mm). Requires - 6mm Flat Elastic for the Cargo Strap and it sowing into the Hooks. M2.5 Threaded Rod x2 150mm Approx. M2.5 Locking Thread Nuts (Nyloc) x6 Build Instructions - #1 Glue the 2 Frame Sections to the Bed. #2 Glue Arches to the Bed #3 Glue Suspension Mounts to the Bed #4 Glue Tow eye into Front Frame #5 Attach the Suspension Arms to the Mounts with m2.5x20 Bolts and Locking Nuts. (insert x4 MR52ZZ Bearings if used) #6 Insert m2.5 Threaded Rod, Hexes and Wheels and mark Rod for cutting to size. Cut to size and reassemble. Cargo Straps #1 Cut 6mm Flat Elastic to required length and tidy (Melt with a heat gun etc) #2 Insert tip into hook. #3 Sow through the holes and tie off.
