1/4-20 Thumb Screw (1.5" Diameter)

1/4-20 thumb screw 1.5" diameter... pretty straight forward... Check the video below for where I have been using them! The series of pictures describes the assembly. 1. Put hex bolt of desired length into the top piece and use a regular hex nut to secure the bolt in place. Do not over tighten. I usually put the nut in a vise and then give it a hand tight turn with the knob. 2. Use some epoxy or super glue and dab some inside of the knob. 3. Put the lower piece on... turn it a few times to find an orientation that drops into place. 4. Use another hex nut to TEMPORARILY hold the bottom piece in place while the glue cures. 5. You can then remove that nut and the bottom piece will not come out and it now prevents the internal nut from turning. Enjoy :)
