A low profile clip that snaps onto an ATMega2560 controller board and snaps into 8020 rail. No hardware necessary! Holds the board tight and holds the rail tight. What more can I say? What more do you need? Want even stronger grip on the rail and PCB? Just edit the design file to make the clip wider. It's easy to edit the .skp or .stl files to fit other PCBs- just make the space between the "balls" on the PCB side of the clip about 1mm smaller than your PCB width and you'll get a satisfying "click" when the clip snaps on the board (it sort of reminds me of the snap you feel when the two halves of a cashew separate in your mouth! mmmmm!). Instructions Print two (or more) at a time and use them to hold your printer's controller board to the 8020 rail. I printed using Ocatve Green 1.75mm ABS filament with neither raft nor brim, 0.25mm first layer, 0.2mm for other layers, avoid crossing perimeters, 0.2mm retraction on layer change, print at 235C. Comes off the printer ready to use, no clean-up necessary!
