1.5 kW Water Cooled Spindle Wrap Around Dust Sucker

I build up a Workbee CNC Router and installed a 1.5 kW water cooled spindle. Dust extraction parts on CNC machines are usually not very convenient, often restricting access to the collet nut when one needs to change a tool and secondly, you cannot see the toolbit - which is not good if you just need to check if things are going OK. Since I also got a Creality CR-10S 3D printer, I thought lets make a neat fitting that wraps around the toolbit for very nice local extraction. The fitting should also be such that it can be swung out of the way easily, and be height adjustable depending on the tool. The 3D printer really is awesome, as there is no way that such a part can be made on one piece. I used a 3.5mm wall thickness as this is a tool after all and needs to be strong. The pipe is a 50mm OD, so the inside is about 43mm and that will fit most vacuum cleaner pipes.
