1/6 scale 21 Century M5A1 Stuart Tank Return wheel for my tracks but may work with other designs also. This design solves the clearance issue between the track links and the body of the return wheel. Needs support and the parts are in the printing direction. After you removed the support material the ax part of the body may need little adjustment for the fitment(depending on your printers setup...the circle how much is a circle:))),the parts are designed with the needed clearance. Drill with 2.5 mm drill bit the bottom of the body to remove support material. Drill with 3 mm drill bit the wheel and the alignment tool. On the hull of the tank you have to remove flush the old stud (fourth picture). Drill the hull of the tank with the alignment tool and a 3 mm bit. You can do the drilling without the tool before you remove the stud...just drill trough the old screw hole. Attach the wheel to the body with the old hardware (screw and washer), then attach the whole assembly to the hull with m3x8 screws and m3 washers. Also glue can be added but i think is not necessary. Finally attach the cap whit a small dab of glue (small dab that you can break it apart if it is needed for future service) or double sided tape in the wheel. ENJOY!!!
