1/8" D Shaft Skirted Knob

1/8" D shaft skirted knobs are real expensive, I needed a couple so I made these. I filled the pointer line with WhiteOut for contrast. The photo shows the nut and bolt needed to clamp the knob to the shaft. It's quite the pain to design this in Tinkercad but you can do it so I did but there's more holes than solids. I built two versions, one pointer facing flat and one pointer away from flat because to change it later would have been harder in this non parametric modeler. Print the one you need. VERSION HISTORY: 18_d_shaft_skirted_knob.stl - first version has a small error that causes the screw shaft to remove a small amount of material from the D shaft. Mechanically makes no difference I just cleaned it up when it was noticed. 8 D Shaft Skirted Knob.stl - second version. 8 D Shaft Skirted Knob V3.stl -third version, just the set screw on the back and a bit larger as the first felt a bit small when put to use, also the nut fits in a bit easier and the skirt is a bit thicker. Minor changes but make it nicer to use. https://youtu.be/8XHYASPiQB8 This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/gtBNg6sXrqf
