This is designed to fit into a standard 1 DIN (180x50cm) size car stereo space. My car has a 2 DIN space but only a 1 DIN radio, and the "filler" panel there was just taking up space so I decided to make it useful by putting two extra 12v sockets in it. Holes are 30mm so should fit most 12v sockets. Front is flared 2mm for better installation appearance and to keep the piece from pushing back inside the hole. If I were to spend time improving the design (or maybe you feel like making a derivative?) I would put some sort of tabs on the edges so that it snaps into place. Friction seems to keep it in just fine, at first I used doublesided tape to keep it in but it was unnecessary. Instructions Needs no special treatment. I did mine 25% infill but could probably be set with less for faster printing, due to the thin nature of the walls. The whole piece ends up solid anyways. I recommend printing in ABS to prevent melting/warping if your car sits in the sun.
