1 Gallon Carboy Airlock Clamp

The goal of this model was to produce a functional clamp for the bung of a generic 1 gallon carboy. Fermentation generates a ton of CO2 and inexpensive stoppers have a tendency to be pushed right out of the neck due to the pressure. I found some similar designs online but nothing this size so I built everything from scratch to get a nice tight fit. This should work on most 1 gallon jugs with a #6.5 or #7 bung. Printed in PETG with a decent infill to withstand a moderate force perpendicular to the layers. Works like a charm.
