1 Inch Barbell/Dumbell Adapter for Olympic Plates

With all the gyms closed, and stores temporarily closing from COVID-19, I had to scavenge whatever equipment I could find at Walmart. The only plates I could find were 2" while the dumbbell handles and barbells were 1". I originally planned to hold the bushings in with the spinlock collars that came with it, but I found that they held on just fine by themselves after I couldn't push the bushings in all the way onto the handles.
