Hey Flav0r, I've got the disc right here that's specifically designed to work with your stepper motor. You'll need to locate the point where the high signal drops to low - that's where you'll find zero. The disc features one lobe and will fit snugly onto a 5mm shaft, although you might need to make some adjustments to the hole size for a perfect fit.
