<p>A Printable Sledge Hammer</p><p>I printed this with a 1mm nozzle, .2mm layer heights with .6mm infill at 99%, total weight is 1.1 pounds. &nbsp;About 6.5 hours for the head and 5.5 for the handle vs. 40 hours just for the head at 4mm nozzle and .2mm layer heights. &nbsp;Obviously you can print it with less infill if you want it more for decoration.</p><p>The handle I printed with an old roll of wood filament I had</p><p>Print the head so the hole for the handle is up and down for a support free print.</p><p>Sand the end of the handle and inside the head a little, apply super glue and assemble, then push or pound the wedge in place to secure everything together.&nbsp;</p><p>My printer has a 280x260 build area and the handle fits at a 45 degree angle. &nbsp;If you have a smaller printer you may have to adjust the scale to fit. &nbsp;test fit the wedge prior to assembly or cut off what doesn't fit in because the correct tolerance were modeled in, smaller or larger might need some adjustment. &nbsp;Larger prints might need the handle a percent or two larger to get a tight fit into the head, and vice versa.</p>
