This is a spool holder to use for inside of a spool container. I used a Snapware Airtight With Handle Large 40 Cup 10X8X9. Amazon usually has it for ~$15. You can mount of these on each side to hold up a cut to length 1" PVC pipe to use a sealed spool holder. Throw in some silica gel or something to suck out moisture. Use M3 bolts to screw into it.
