I used the erniepike model as the top portion of this design. The 12 round Glock 43 mag extension is a double stack to single stack hybrid, which is more compact than the ETS 12 round mag. You will need to stretch the stock spring out an inch or two, for it to work properly. When installing it, be sure it snaps completely over the lip into place. If you don't get it snapped completely over retaining lip, and into the proper position, it will cause the magazine spring to bind up, usually after the first round discharges. And now for the downside to this mag extension, unfortunately the slide doesn't lock open after the final round (12th) round is discharged. Godspeed! Update: My original 12 round, double to single stack has been unreliable for me, so I converted a version to a single stack 10, and 11 round, which has been much more reliable. It still won't lock the slide open after the final round is discharged, but hey man, thats cool.
