This is a bracket assembly to elevate and hold a dual bulb 2 ft fluorescent light above my 10 gallon aquaponics system. I have a basic metal tube stand below the tank with roughly 3/4 in diameter vertical legs. It consists of 6 printed parts to clamp on the the 2-vertical 5/8 in diameter wood dowels. Using the 3 ft wood dowels it gives me about 1.5 ft of room above the tank to grow plants. The height can be adjusted by sliding the lower clips together and clamping them down. Modify the included STL file if you wish to accommodate different sized dowels or stand diameters. Instructions Print the include parts: 1-Top Clip Light BracketL 1-Top Clip Light BracketR 4-LowerWrapClip2 I printed my parts with 0.2mm layers, 100% infill and minimal support in PLA. Parts to be purchased: 8- M3 screws (40 mm length) 8-M3 washers 8-M3 hex or locking nuts 6-M5 screws (5 mm length) 2-5/8 in diameter wood dowels (4 ft length) With all the parts printed, thread the M5 screws into the back of each bracket. mount the parts as shown in the pictures with two lower wrap clips on each dowel and 1 top clip light bracket per. Make sure all the clips are straight on the dowel and similarly spaced between the two before tightening the M5 screws into the dowels. Slide the assembly onto the stand legs and use the M3 screws, nuts, washers to tighten on the stand when it is at the desired hanging height. With everything tight and in place, hang your light:)
