This is a modified pulley from the mcmaster carr website. brought out the teeth a bit more and changed the shaft diameter to fit a servo stepper with 8mm shaft. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but feels strong enough and hopefully can withstand the torque from the motor. will update when i have it installed. UPDATE: After testing the first version, it wasn't working well. the teeth are too big and would make the belt skip a tooth. went back to the original size for the teeth which work a lot better as can be seen in the video. UPDATE 2: After some use and putting the forces of my machine on the pulleys, one started slipping and the set screw wasn't really holding on anymore. So I made a new version with a flat side for better hold. Made it a bit shorter also.
