100% Printable Adjustable Belt Tensioner

I needed a replacement belt tensioner but found none that where completely printable, they all required other hardware. However, using the technique in this original part I was able to. The belt folds over itself and into its own teeth, so you can feed both sides of a cut belt in and just pull it to whatever tightness you need, slotting it in to the available tooth. The print is super simple too, without a real tensioner you can see the quality due to the slack, but it still printed very usable. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Select Mini Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: Whatever you got How I Designed This Basically I took the original file and in Cinema4d (an odd choice I know) I cut off the bottom half that is used to attach it, and then mirrored it. I also made sure there was no strange inner geometry left from these operations, and it prints perfect
