This is a 100mm square (width & Length) and 10mm High hollow square with 1mm thick walls used to calibrate 3D printers for size. Post-Printing How to calculate percentage of error? Simply print this item out, and then measure the width and length to see if you 3D printer is creating a 100mm square. if it is not then you can calculate the error amount, and get your printing program to correct by that amount. (ie if you length and width print at 103mm then 100 divided 103 roughly equals 97. Then tell you 3D printing program to scale length and width by 97%)
