1010 t-slot 90 degree corner bracket

This is a remake of a 80/20 T-slot 1010 corner bracket designed by bgcheese. The original had some tight tolerance for 1/4-20 Flanged Bolt Screws, so i increased it to 1mm extra to allow for smooth sliding of those bolts. I will be releasing a doubled version for 1020 extrusion soon. EDIT 10-16-16:I have now preemptively added a new mod with a threaded hole on the side that plan to use for my new DIY t-slot based Personal Food Computer project. The holes should work for 1/4"-20 threads. EDIT 12-12-16:I have now preemptively added a new outside 3-way corner cube connector bracket. This has not been tested, but it probably should be printed at higher that 20% infill as the three outside walls are only 1.6mm 2mm thick to accommodate the bolt heads. In theory anyway. This is based on other v-slot and t-slot cubes i have seen but never used. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Supports: No Infill: 20%-100% Notes: Please rotate with the pointed end of the triangle facing up for best print orientation. Infill is not that critical because of strength of geometry. 20% seems to work fine. increase if you need more strength.
