The OSIRIS-REx probe is currently (as of april 2019) in orbit around asteroid Bennu, a Near-Earth object. NASA kindly let us get access to a fine 3d model of the asteroid, which can be found here : https://www.asteroidmission.org/updated-bennu-shape-model-3d-files/ I improved the 3d model to get sharper details, so be warned this is indeed a personnal take, but still very close to the real NASA 3d model. I prepared the models to be printable, and chose to be able to open it afterward. The two halves are maintained pressed with about 9 neodymium magnets (diameter : 10mm, thickness 2mm). The vertebra is then glued on the "A" part. It's about 120-130 mm (4.2-5.1in) wide. Painted with Spraypaint form Liquitex, then washed with black oilpaint. Have fun !
