replacement for heavy original spurgear. Two parts for easy printing. Energy stored in the rotating mass is giving stress to the differentials. The original spur is 61g and the printed one is below 10g. I printed from PA12CF15 and have no idea how long it will last, but since the spool is paid it’s easier/faster to replace than the diffs. For dimension accuracy tuning with the slicer might be necessary (see xy compensation or vertical hole shrinking compensation). Depending on the nozzle size tips of the tooth are not as sharp as the original thus the outer diameter might be smaller. If it turns nicely it’s worth to try.
