DISCLAIMER: NOT FOR LIFTING, PULLING OR TENSIONING ETC DONT SUE ME IF YOU DECIDE TO USE IT FOR SOMETHING STUPID THIS IS AN ARTISTIC WORK ONLY NOT SUITABLE FOR USE GOD HELP YOU IF YOU DECIDE TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIS VERY FUNCTIONAL PIECE OF ART NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE That being said be sensible, print with whatever infill you feel you need I used 50% cubic I found it could lift a person or an engine without any great issue Print it flat, its stronger that way. Takes a while to print but the strength from doing so is worth it. I printed the sheaves and spacers in one print and then the block plates in groups of two Shouldn't need any supports, just pay attention to the bearing retaining flange and face it upwards. The knot used on the first sheave is a hangmans knot. (google will help you there) Theoretically you could expand on this and make the block wider by adding more sections I'd question why you need that much force amplification well over the perceived lifting capacity of the assembly but you do you boo... If you do always use an odd number of sheaves so your lifting section is in the center. Yes it does twist a little, its a consequence of using a sheave as a tie off point. Dont care, does what it needs to. To make the pictured you will need: BOM • 10x 10.5MM SPACER (2 REQUIRED PER SHEAVE) (PRINTED) • 6x 10mm rope sheave 6200 brg 30mm dia.stl (PRINTED) • 8x BLOCK PLATE 6200 brg 30mm dia Revised.stl (PRINTED) • 6x M10 X 100 BOLTS honestly 8.8 should be fine god help you if you want 10.9 for this (purchased) • 12X M10 NUTS (PURCHASED) you could get away with 6 but i put 2 of each on so they didnt back themselves off • 2X 10MM SHACKLES (YOUR CHOICE I DUNNO WHATEVER WORKS) (purchased) • 9.2 or 10mm Rope, uhhh mabie like 10-20 metres depending on what you want to do with it, remember you need more because its looping back over its self 6x sheaves, 6x as much plus whatever you want for the tie off • 14x 6200 Bearings, sealed is better if its going outside or i dunno, ill leave that to you,
