10mm LED for NeoPixel + BOTW Guardian

I used NeoPixels instead of the LEDs. This allowed me to make different lighting effects. I ended up using one that I thought made it look like it was passive (blue), activates and enters search mode (turns red), shoots (white,red,white), then goes back to passive (blue). The "eye" is actually 2 pixels. I folded them so one points forward and is the "eye" and the other points backwards and lights the rest of the head. I used an Adafruit Trinket M0 to control the animation. Code is also included. Adjust the TOTAL_PINS to the total number of pixels in the robot. I had 17. The last pixel is considered the "eye".
