A remix of my 2" 50 mm Blast Gate (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2817373 which is a remix of Snille's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9584) up-sized at the request of another user. The overall dimensions are 250 by 175 mm so my little Printer is not quite big enough to print it laying down. Because of this, I have not been able to test it yet so there may be some issues. Let me know if you do try it. Feb 22, 2019 - I took a suggestion on how to make the Blast Gate small enough to print on an Ender 3 sized printer or equivalent. (Thanks again hwentzel for you input!) It is now down to 215 mm by 166 mm. I have updated the files and have included some pictures as I was actually able to make one. As can be seen in the picture with the gate open, it does not open fully to 199%, but I don't think it should cause too much of a restriction. I have also updated the .step files if anybody would like to have a go at editing it further.
