Remix of Rimmerak's design for 115mm Bosch GWS 9-115 S. I made some refinements mainly on the cover and a few on the main body. The biggest change on the body is the diameter of the hose area. My vacuum cleaner's hose is about 32mm. To be on the safe side I changed it to 33.8mm so you'll probably need to wrap a paper around the hose tip. For different hose sizes you may print a basic adapter separately or modify the body.SLDPRT file . I also cut off the flat area a bit in order to use the disk for thicker wood. The extensions are for attachments, like a ruler, guide parts etc or you may just draw a line for the left and right limit of the disc. You can rotate the grinder around the cover.I used an adjustable clamp for the neck(you should as well for your own safety), also bolts and nuts for the assembly of the cover. Printed with ABS by Ender 3 V2 with 0.6mm nozzle, 0.24mm layer height, 5-5-3 perimeters, 40% infill, 2 layers of support separation dist for top/bottom., 0.8mm for horizontal. 0.48mm for infill and support height. 0.5mm vertical lift.
