This is a box for drive a DC Motor using a PWM 12-40V 10A controller and 12V 5A power supply. I designed this for a dust separator of my CNC, but can be used in several other cases. Use a standard 220V AC socket, a small rocket switch (conneced to the jumper of the motor controller), a small led and a DC male power jack 5.5 x 2.5. Optional it has plenty room to host also a small arduino (nano or other), a power regulator for arduino, a small 1.3" Oled screen and -maybe- an optocoupler to have a screen output. list of material - DC Motor PWM 12-40V 10A controller - 12V 5A power supply - 220V AC inlet socket - DC male power jack 5.5 x 2.5 - KDC11-101 mini rocker switch - small led and resistor - 4 rubber pads - 8 sets M4 10mm screws and nuts (for cover) - 2 sets M4 12mm screws and nuts (for AC socket) - 5 small screws M3 for PSU and 4 for controller - hot glue for DC male jack, led, and rocket switch optional - 1.3" OLED i2C screen - a small arduino - voltage regulator (for arduino and screen) - optocoupler
