I know the file doesn't look like much, but hear me out use this to make dummy rounds out of existing high brass 12 gauge shells I recommend you make sure the spent casings are actually spent and inert, not my fault if you do stupid things heat up on the high brass, pull the plastic hull off depending on scale and fit, glue may or may not be required if its a nice tight fit deprime if you are concerned about it, or want to fill with a silicone rtv to "protect" your firing pin (meh) using your slicer of choice you can control how you want this printed, I would set to 0 top layers, and 0 infill the bottom of the print bed is the top of the dummy round that is exposed decide how thick and robust vs lightweight you want it, and then set the preferred number of bottom layers and walls I prefer them to be fairly lightweight and usually only do 5-10 bottom layers, and 3 walls if using something strong like petg, lets them clear the gun easier on ejection
