This is my 12 W 3d printed generator. The pictures show the voltage and current output of the generator being turned with a drill at approximately 2500 RPM with a 10 W filament bulb as a load. 20 N52 magnets, 5*10*60 mm are used in the core and two 8 mm ID 22 mm OD bearings are used to fix the stator to the shaft. The shaft is a 100 mm m6 bolt. The magnets should be inserted in a Halbach array. The flat side facing out magnets should alternate north-south and the magnets between them should have their north poles facing the magnets whose north pole is outward facing. The windings are 0.5 mm diameter enamelled copper wire. 50 turns up and round the post on the top and bottom of the stator alternating clockwise around the first post, counter clockwise around the next etc. Then wind 50 turns overlapping the first set of coils at the top with the same alternating pattern of CW CCW turns.
