120 to 118 Film Spool Spacer/Adapter

I made some slight changes to the OP's design to better work with my rolls of 120 HP5, and to fit my particular camera (Kodak No-3A Folding Camera) better. Took the size of the 118 takeup spool, and made the length of spacer 1 + 120 spool length + Spacer/adapter 2 length the same total length for a perfect fit. Fit: This may require a bit of fiddling to fit right, depending on your print tolerances. With an MakerGear M3, both pieces slide onto their respective pins with ease, but your fit may vary slightly while still fitting. Installation: To install a spool of film, I slid the non-pin keyed adapter (referred to as 'cross') onto the top film advance pin. Then I inserted the '+' on the other end into the film spool, inserted the other adapter/spacer into the other end of the film spool, and while pulling the circular pin out and away from the body of the camera, I slid the other end of the film spool in. Fits well, doesn't seem like it wants to slide back out or fall out of the spool. Removal: To take these out of my camera, I need to use a small prying tool of some kind to pull out the circular spool pin at the bottom of the camera until I can slide out the spool. Not a perfect solution, but it just means that the spool is secure. Check out blaskkaffe's original design for the instructions on use with a 120 spool. .STEP files are available should you want to make any edits or tweaks for your own design.
