Container for a 5 volt 120mm computer fan, on/off switch and USB C. You should be able to merge any grille with the front plate for some customisation or better/focused airflow. Vanilla version here requires a standard 120mm fan grille like the back. Parts used: on/off switch (self locking M10) USB-C SMT+PCB connector (see pictures, obviously only uses the 5V and ground) Some basic wiring, hot glue & fan screws Specific to my use: Noctua NF A12x25 5V with a laminar fan grille Made with Tinkercad, edit the design here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kVjsLwIz1ft You should be able to drop most fan grilles on the rightmost part, aligning it with the screwholes.
